Overview
We are looking for a Concessions Data Administrator to join our Merchandising team. You will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of Concession data and inventory across multiple partners.
Responsibilities
- Work to partner critical path deadlines to ensure on time product launch.
- Weekly partner site walks to ensure all product is represented accurately.
- Monitor and optimise stock levels across partner websites and physical stores, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to influence stock management & allocations.
- Conduct regular stock consolidations and transfers to maximise availability and reduce markdown risk.
- Performance analysis & reporting
Skills & Experience
- This is an entry level role so no previous experience is required but the ideal candidate will be confident working with large data sets and navigating excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of customer behaviour across different markets and channels.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
