We are looking for a Concession Branch Merchandiser to join our team in our Head Office in Richmond.
Job Purpose
Drive sales and profitability by ensuring optimal stock package and stock levels across our own stores, concession partner stores, and concession partner websites. This role requires a commercially astute individual who can analyse trading performance, communicate effectively across internal and external teams, and take proactive steps to maximise product availability and sell-through.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead weekly trade calls with concession partners to review performance, identify risks, and propose trading actions.
· Monitor and optimise stock levels across partner websites and physical stores, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
· Act as the key liaison between internal Product Merchandising, Digital, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution of stock and trading strategies.
· Collaborate with the Merchandising team to influence stock management & allocations.
· Own the tiering and grading process, collaborating with the Product Merchandising team to inform allocation planning and replenishment strategies.
· Conduct regular stock consolidations and transfers to maximise availability and reduce markdown risk.
· Support decisions around outlet, and terminal stock management, including third-party/sample sales.
· Performance analysis & reporting
· Deliver weekly and seasonal trade reports with actionable insights by channel, highlighting opportunities and risks.
· Analyse product performance by location and channel to inform future ranging and allocation decisions.
· Support new store openings, closures, and relocations with tailored stock planning and performance forecasting.
· Be the go-to contact for store and partner communication, leading weekly calls and conducting regular store visits with area managers.
· Manage and develop junior team members.
Skills & Experience
· 5+ years’ experience in Branch/Channel Merchandising or a similar multi-channel retail role.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
· Commercially aware with a strong understanding of customer behaviour across different markets and channels.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Excel and confident using merchandising and reporting systems.
· Experience working with concession partners and/or e-commerce platforms.
· A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
· Passion for retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
