This is a leadership role where delivery actually matters. Not just managing timelines on a spreadsheet. Not just sitting in meetings talking about delivery. Actually owning it. You’d be joining a £1m agency (team of 6) with plans to double. This is a brand-new role, sitting alongside an Ops lead, where you’ll effectively run the delivery side of the business and take a fair chunk off the MD’s plate. You’ll have real say, real autonomy, and be front and centre of things.
You won’t just oversee projects. You’ll own them from first enquiry through to being on site when it all comes together. That means being the person clients actually deal with, shaping the brief, costing it properly, presenting budgets, managing suppliers, planning resource, briefing crews and making sure what was promised is what gets delivered. It’s hands-on. It has to be.
You’ll need a background in scenic, staging, set build or technical production where you’ve seen how things really get executed, not just how they’re supposed to look in a deck. And a non-negotiable… You need to be able to show what it as well as deliver it as AutoCAD / SketchUp basics are part of the role. This sits right in that messy middle between idea and reality. Where things change, plans get tested, and someone needs to keep it all moving without losing the plot.
You’re probably already the one holding everything together. Now you get to own it properly. If you want to build something, shape how delivery works and be a big part of the growth story, click apply and let’s have a confidential chat. Who knows where it will take you.
Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date, we can deal with that later.
Oh, I also run a £1k recommend a friend scheme, so please feel free to share with your connections.
