NEW OPPORTUNITY Head of HR/People £65-£75k +£10k bonus Live event business B2B specialists London/WFH How long has it been since you last actually did something ‘human’ in HR? You know, real life changing stuff. Seat of your pants, working all your neurons, leaning on all your training and experience stuff. Things that people will remember your name for the rest of their careers type stuff. In short, well stuff I suppose!! It’s what we have here. A £17m TO, 35 headcount agency that needs a strong and results focussed HR leader. Working side by side with the MD, you’ll be fully autonomous and backed to the hilt as their people are great and are the reason the agency is so successful, but they need some focussed development and direction. Some specialised support, and definitely more of the ‘human’ touch than the ‘resources’. That’s a given with you. You love all the systems, process, deliverables and framework malarky. It’s what makes you tick. And yes, you’re happy where you are, but you have an itch. An itch you just can’t scratch. An itch to make a mark, make a difference and make your name. It’s why you’re only ‘half’ looking around. Seeing what’s out there. Keeping a look out. It’s why this opportunity speaks to you. An opportunity to come into a successful business, one where the SLT crave a professional to help them take their people to the next level, and one where the owners have identified people and culture as the missing piece of the puzzle. An opportunity where your background and experience will be lauded and utilised rather than you having to deliver what the ‘boss’ says. An opportunity to get stuff done. If this sounds like an opportunity you can’t miss out on, click apply and let’s have a confidential chat. Who knows where it will take you. Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date, we can deal with that later. Oh, I also run a £1k recommend a friend scheme, so please feel free to share with your connections. **You Search & Select does not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.
