This company is flying. £100m T/O, 120+ people, clients all over the world, but they need someone to take ownership of the entire sales and marketing function.
That’s 13 people and a whole lot of targets.
They need your nous, your experience, your track record of success and your background of leading high performing sales teams as they enter their next 3-year cycle of growth.
You’ll create, implement and drive the sales and marketing strategy, shape the target demographic, develop your people into superstars, and all whilst sitting on the board helping steer the business towards new adventures.
