An established organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team on an initial 36 month assignment, commencing as soon as possible. This is a hands-on role requiring an individual who can quickly integrate into the business and provide support across a number of key people projects and employee relations matters.
- Managing and supporting redundancy processes
- Leading and advising on consultation exercises and organisational restructures
- Supporting a TUPE transfer project
- Providing practical employee relations guidance and support to managers
- Assisting with general HR activities as required
The successful candidate will have previous experience of delivering complex HR projects, particularly within redundancy, consultation and TUPE environments.
Contract: 36 months
Location: Circa £45,000 (potentially higher depending on experience)
