An established and forward-thinking organisation based in Hurn is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its busy Programmes team. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of technically focused projects, working within a complex stakeholder environment and helping to deliver projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You will manage multiple projects and work packages, ensuring agreed objectives are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, coordination and delivery, working closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Managing projects and work packages against agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget objectives. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, forecasts and resource requirements. Leading, motivating and coordinating project teams and stakeholders. Identifying and managing project risks, issues, opportunities and changes. Maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring and reporting project performance, progress and variances. Ensuring project deliverables are completed to the required standard and within agreed timescales. Supporting project governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Contributing to wider business transformation, change programmes and operational improvements. About You We are looking for a proactive, organised and commercially aware Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects within a technical or structured business environment. Essential Skills & Experience Proven project management experience within a technical, engineering, manufacturing, technology or similarly complex environment . Experience managing multiple projects or work packages simultaneously. Strong project planning, scheduling and organisational skills. Experience managing project risks, issues, budgets and change controls. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with technical teams, senior stakeholders and customers. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience producing project reports, metrics and performance updates. Comfortable working within structured project management frameworks and governance processes. Proficient in: Microsoft Project / Project Web App Power BI reporting and administration Microsoft 365 applications Desirable Experience working on complex technical or highly regulated projects. HNC, HND, degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Physical Sciences or a related discipline. Formal project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent . TPBN1_UKTJ
