Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for a varied, home-based role where you can genuinely make a difference? We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy and supportive People team on a fixed term contract until September 2026, with the potential to extend to a 12-month appointment.
You will manage a busy ER caseload across areas including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance and investigations, whilst coaching managers to resolve issues early and positively.
You will need:
- Previous experience handling a varied ER caseload
- Strong knowledge of employment law, ACAS guidance and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using HR systems such as Dayforce, SharePoint and ServiceNow
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards it
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
