As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, reassuring and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome to patients and visitors.
Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Booking, confirming and coordinating patient appointments.
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating internal systems.
Supporting the clinical and administrative teams with general office duties.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ensuring the reception area remains organised, welcoming and presentable.
Delivering an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
