We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our client on a temporary part-time basis, working 3 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys providing practical support and guidance across a broad range of HR activities.

Key responsibilities will include: Employee Relations case management Recruitment and onboarding support Managing probation reviews Handling flexible working requests Absence management Advising managers on HR policy and procedure The successful candidate will have previous generalist HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
