We are working with a long-established Poole manufacturer with a global presence to recruit an IT Support Technician to join their Business Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with real heritage, strong values and the backing of the wider corporate group. Their products are used across healthcare, transport, mobility, leisure and industrial sectors worldwide.

Working closely with the IT Manager, you will provide day-to-day support across the business, ensuring employees receive fast, effective support both onsite and remotely when needed. You will play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly, resolving issues quickly and helping drive improvements across the wider IT function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st line IT support across hardware, software and user issues
  • Escalating more complex issues to 2nd line or external support providers
  • Installing and configuring PCs, phones and printers
  • Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Supporting Windows updates, anti-virus management and other software installations
