An established organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team on an initial 36 month assignment, commencing as soon as possible. This is a hands-on role requiring an individual who can quickly integrate into the business and provide support across a number of key people projects and employee relations matters.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Managing and supporting redundancy processes
- Leading and advising on consultation exercises and organisational restructures
- Supporting a TUPE transfer project
- Providing practical employee relations guidance and support to managers
- Assisting with general HR activities as required
The successful candidate will have previous experience of delivering complex HR projects, particularly within redundancy, consultation and TUPE environments. This role is predominantly site-based in the Sherborne area and requires regular on-site presence. Some flexibility around working hours may be available for the right individual.
