Our client operates across five premium brands. They provide high-end accommodation for the corporate and leisure sectors. Due to an increase in workload, they are now hiring either one full-time or two part-time Guest Services Managers to lead their Guest Services team.

You will be the main contact for guests, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times.
