We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Advisor to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support for our Salisbury based client on a part time basis (30 hours per week), until March 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative support to the Executive Support function, including reception and switchboard services
  • Provide dedicated executive support to a Director, ensuring efficient planning, organisation, and preparation
  • Coordinate internal meetings and committees, including agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Research, compile, and produce reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, and post management
  • Manage enquiries via phone and digital channels, directing them appropriately
  • Maintain and manage data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
