Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for a role where your legal expertise drives strategic impact?
Our client is looking for a confident and capable Property & Land Conveyancer to join their Strategic Asset Management team. In this pivotal role, youll manage a varied caseload of complex property transactionssupporting the disposal and acquisition of land and property across our operating regions. Youll also act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external legal advisors, helping deliver an efficient, compliant and values-driven conveyancing service.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Leading on your own caseload of sensitive and complex property transactions
- Supporting the wider team to drive progress at critical stages of other cases
- Advising colleagues and stakeholders on title issues, legal risks and conveyancing best practice
- Supporting the Conveyancing Manager with legal and procedural queries
- Helping to build capability within the team by sharing your expertise in an accessible, collaborative way
- Building strong relationships across the business to ensure conveyancing activity aligns with our long-term goals
What you\’ll bring:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing land and property conveyancing transactions
- A strong understanding of land law, title review and legal risk
- Excellent judgement and the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, practical advice
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to a range of audiences
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel
