Finance Administrator in Christchurch

Full job description We are currently recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our client's team based in Christchurch (hybrid) on a long-term temporary basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance administration experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and is confident managing both purchase and sales ledger duties.
Key Responsibilities Purchase Ledger
Checking and processing supplier invoices onto SAP.
Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring invoices are accurately recorded.
Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
Processing and posting supplier payments.
Sales Ledger
Processing daily sales invoices and issuing them to customers.
Posting customer receipts and allocating payments against remittances.
Supporting credit control activities and maintaining accurate financial records.
About You Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts role.
Experience using SAP would be highly beneficial.
Good understanding of purchase and sales ledger processes.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident working independently and using your own initiative.
What's on Offer? £15.00 per hour.
