We are supporting a successful, fast-paced organisation with the confidential recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner for an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with senior leaders and managers, youll act as a trusted HR partner while helping deliver both strategic and operational people initiatives. This is a broad role offering exposure across employee relations, organisational development, talent, engagement and the wider employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with managers and senior stakeholders on people strategy
- Providing guidance on complex ER, performance and employee matters
- Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Driving employee engagement, retention and development
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle
- Reviewing HR policies and ensuring employment law compliance
- Using HR data and insights to support business decisions
- Contributing to wider culture and People & Culture projects
Were looking for an experienced HR professional with a CIPD qualification or equivalent, strong UK employment law knowledge and demonstrable experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business offering hybrid working with 23 days per week based in Christchurch.
