An established and values-driven organisation is seeking a Technical Reporting (BI) Assistant to support its data-driven decision-making capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded individual to help design, develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions while delivering high-quality management reporting across the business.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and reporting specialists, playing a key role in transforming data into meaningful, actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities- Support ETL processes to extract, transform and load data from multiple source systems into reporting environments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a robust BI and reporting framework, following best-practice data connectivity principles.
- Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.
- Produce timely, accurate and user-friendly management reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
- Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues, conducting audits where required.
- Provide first-line technical support to business users, troubleshooting BI and reporting queries.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
- Support ad hoc projects and provide team cover during peak periods or absence.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems.
