We are seeking an experienced People Coordinator to join a busy People Operations team on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality HR support across a range of core processes.
You will act as a key point of contact for HR queries, managing transactional activities including payroll support, recruitment coordination, contract changes, compliance checks (Right to Work/DBS), and employee lifecycle administration. Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery will be central to your role.
Key Requirements:- Proven HR operations experience in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and HR systems (ServiceNow/Dayforce desirable)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently
