We are supporting a successful, fast-paced organisation with the confidential recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner for an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner while helping deliver both strategic and operational people initiatives.

This is a broad role offering exposure across employee relations, organisational development, talent, engagement and the wider employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include: Partnering with managers and senior stakeholders on people strategy Providing guidance on complex ER, performance and employee matters Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives Driving employee engagement, retention and development Supporting recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle Reviewing HR policies and ensuring employment law compliance Using HR data and insights to support business decisions Contributing to wider culture and People Culture projects We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a CIPD qualification or equivalent, strong UK employment law knowledge and demonstrable experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
