The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Based in Medway, Kent

Salary: £45,000 per annum OTE £50,000

Work Pattern: 5 days a week Monday–Friday: 08.30–6pm.

The Job

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals
  • Provide coaching and support through regular observations
  • Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for our customers
  • Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team
  • Motivate the team to achieve great results
  • Liaise with the line manager to ensure maximisation of opportunities

What we are looking for

  • Previous sales managerial experience (even better if in financial services)
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem‑solving skills; hardworking and focused
  • Confident, resilient
  • Professional, organised and have a great work ethic

  • CEMAP1 qualified (or CAS status) and proven mortgage advisory experience
