The Job
- Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals
- Provide coaching and support through regular observations
- Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for our customers
- Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team
- Motivate the team to achieve great results
- Liaise with the line manager to ensure maximisation of opportunities
What we are looking for
- Previous sales managerial experience (even better if in financial services)
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem‑solving skills; hardworking and focused
- Confident, resilient
- Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
- Driven by success, results, and rewards
- CEMAP1 qualified (or CAS status) and proven mortgage advisory experience
