Due to continued organic growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our expanding Bedford team. The Role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Secure renewals by reviewing and re‑broking policies, to deliver the most suitable, cost‑effective cover for clients
  • Support the account executives as required
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Deliver accurate, efficient administration and communications with clients and insurers
  • Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations, company policies, and industry best practice
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high service standards
