Location: Medway
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

You will be working in a centralised team of compliance professionals under our mortgage services brand, Mortgage Matters.
What will you do every day?
- Review and audit sales files for compliance
- Conduct customer care calls
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in applications
- Ensure all applications are compliant and up-to-date
- Provide remote support to estate agency branch Mortgage Advisors
- Identify trends and recommend related training needs
