Cubitt & West are looking for a trainee credit controller to join our small but industry‑leading Credit Control team. You will provide support to ensure we consistently improve our tenant and landlord experience.

The Job:
- Large amount of telephone work – enjoy being on the phone!
- Call customers to agree a path forward for outstanding rent payments while maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and alignment with company values
- Document conversations and updates, following company procedures within designated timelines and structures
- Manage difficult conversations and identify potential problems to highlight to your Team Leader
