What you’ll be doing:
- Have a real connection with the local community, driving relevant events and initiatives to attract new customers and delight existing ones.
- Develop strong personal relationships with top customers to maintain brand engagement.
- Apply an omnichannel mentality – delight customers through all channels: store, tablet, one‑stock and click & collect.
- Attract, recruit & retain people passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience.
- Inspire the growth and development of your teams through regular performance reviews.
- Create a culture of recognition & reward to motivate the team.
- Manage stock levels, making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss and ensure accuracy.
- Optimise the in‑store experience by ensuring team members are efficient in all operational tasks and utilising Brand Best Practice.
- Manage the payroll budget to meet wages and sales targets.
- Make brave decisions that deliver commercial excellence – ensuring promotions, sales and visual merchandising guide the brand standards.
- Work with KPIs to evaluate store performance and identify development areas.
- Ensure the store complies with all operational requirements, policies and procedures, especially regarding stock and cash security.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties identified by the Regional Manager.
