As our journey continues, we're looking for a warm, passionate, talented and friendly Part-Time Stockroom Assistant to join the team in our Kensington Store.
You will be working 24 hours per week.

- What you’ll be doing
- Assist in stock management (e. g. organising and maintaining stockroom within company’s guideline, receive & return deliveries, movement, labelling, tagging etc.)
- Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes
- Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
- Supporting in managing stock orders – i Pad sales and One Stock processes
- Printing and preparing replacement barcode tickets before stock counts and assisting store managers to be well prepared in stock room/shop floor prior to count
- Be involved in stock procedures, including transfer monitoring, price markdowns, stock adjustments and stock discrepancy investigation
- Handle issues arising from day-to-day controls.
- Supporting in all store operations for loss prevention
- Undertaking and providing analysis for senior managers to provide data which allows them to make informed business decisions.
- Supporting in managing effective and commercial product flow between stockroom and sales floor
- Provide shopfloor cover when needed in line with Timeless expectations
- Keep stockroom clean, organised and compliant with H&S guidelines
- Replenishment of shopfloor ensuring strong size availability
- Communicate low stock levels to store manager

- Performance Measures
- Stockroom organisation within Company Guidelines
- Efficient intakes and stock movement processing
- Accurate and timely reporting of stock discrepancies or other issues
- Good knowledge of the product range and the relevant systems processes and procedures, projects underway and their predicted impact on the business.
The job holder will be in regular communication with stores to help prepare for stock counts and provide training.
- The ability to critically analyse current processes and re-engineer them
- An awareness and understanding of good stock management across the business
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
- PC Literate – Basic Excel as a minimum. Ability to pick-up in-house stock packages
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Experience in networking & building relationships
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
DESIRABLE
- Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated
- Previous experience in stock management
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
