About the department: We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department. Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property-based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance. You will be welcomed into a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.

Role information: We're looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual to support the effective management of pest control services and compliance of Awaabs Law phase 2 requirements across our homes, schemes and neighbourhoods. You will be responsible for managing caseloads ensuring we reach standards, timescales and targets. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring pest infestations and associated environmental health issues are identified, investigated and resolved efficiently, helping to create safe, healthy and comfortable living environments for our customers. Working closely with contractors, colleagues and customers, you'll co-ordinate pest control activities, monitor service performance and support the resolution of both routine and complex pest-related cases, ensuring services are delivered effectively and represent value for money. This will include investigating the root cause of infestations, identifying any underlying property or environmental factors that could contribute to health hazards.
