Jigsaw Homes Group is one of the largest housing groups in England with more than 37,500 homes across the North West and East Midlands. The department focuses on helping people to live happy, healthy lives in safe homes, particularly supporting vulnerable individuals.
The role provides intensive wrap‑around support to individuals with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs, aiming to enable independent living and secure permanent accommodation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working across shifts to cover 8 am‑8 pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Managing a small caseload of supported individuals, delivering intensive person‑centred, wrap‑around care.
- Addressing barriers to tenancy sustainment such as substance use, mental or physical health issues, offending, domestic abuse, debt, and money‑management challenges.
- Applying trauma‑informed practice and strengths‑based approaches to support community integration.
- Supporting users in self‑contained properties for up to two years with the goal of moving to permanent accommodation.
