Jigsaw Homes Group offers employees a very competitive 24 days holiday per annum, plus 3 days for Christmas closure (5 day working week) plus bank holidays, plus additional days after 2 years continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days). We also offer our employees the option to buy/sell up to 5 days extra leave per year.
As a valued member of our DLO, your working day will finish at 4.15pm Monday-Thursday and you will have an early finish on a Friday at 2.30pm. This allows for a great work/life balance for many employees.

About the department:
The successful candidate will join our established and dedicated team of 600 employees in our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property-based services across Jigsaw Homes Group, covering a broad range of disciplines including reactive and planned maintenance, property refurbishments, caretaking and estate services, building safety, compliance and more.

Role Information:

We are seeking a Driver Labourer to join our Asset Management team.The successful candidate will work within our maintenance team undertaking deliveries of kitchens and bathrooms and associated materials. You will remove waste from site, disposing and recycling of items at our Globe Lane site.
You will work within empty and tenanted properties within the Manchester area, across our housing stock.
We are looking for skills and attributes that demonstrate a passion for quality, efficiency and maximising performance of our essential, customer facing repairs service.
You will have a positive, friendly and polite approach, provide an excellent level of customer service whilst working to the highest standards of efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
We will offer you a comprehensive training programme, company vehicle and all the necessary tools and equipment to enable you to work successfully.
