About the department: As one of our in-house dedicated Customer Services team, you will be part of a business-critical service with a department that prides itself on delivering a first-class customer experience that consistently impresses our residents. Connect, our customer contact centre, achieved its CCA (Customer Contact Association) Accreditation for the 15th year in a row demonstrating a consistent approach to service excellence. The Contact Centre is at the heart of all that we do; going the extra mile to manage and resolve customer issues, making sure any complaints receive a timely response and having ongoing communication to help and support our customers whenever they need us.
