We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.
You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.
Role Information:
We are seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to help us take a proactive approach to managing Building Safety across our 15 higher-risk buildings (HRB’s). Passionate about building safety and providing excellent customer service, understanding the needs of customers and delivering a comprehensive service, you will oversee the building safety function for our buildings.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team of building and fire safety professionals and you will be supported by the Head of Building Safety in your role.
You will be people-focussed, have excellent communication skills, and will work closely with the wider Asset Management, Repairs Teams, and other colleagues across the business to deliver positive outcomes for our customers.
You will lead on the management of building safety cases, resident engagement, mandatory occurrence reporting and will work with colleagues on applications to the Building Safety Regulator when work is required to our buildings.
