About the role: We are looking for a Junior Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing cyber security team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in security monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. You’ll help protect the organisation from cyber threats, learn how real-world incidents are handled, and build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in cyber security. The Junior Cyber Security Analyst supports the protection of Jigsaw Homes Group’s IT systems and data by assisting in the monitoring, identification and response to cyber security threats. Working closely with senior cyber security colleagues and other IT teams, the role provides hands‑on experience across day‑to‑day security operations while developing the skills and knowledge required for progression within the cyber security profession.

About the department: All of Jigsaw’s essential services rely on quality information, systems and technology supported by the 60 members of the IT department. Working to a brand-new IT Strategy, the team has exciting challenges like enabling colleagues to work effectively from anywhere, automating processes and improving digital services for our customers, whilst always improving security. The team is also innovating in its ways of working, ensuring transparency, a keen focus on outcomes and faster delivery of benefits to the business.
