About the department: The department is a fast paced and highly motivated department where you have to think quickly on your feet and be adaptable. The department is responsible for the collection of rent on our properties in a prompt and timely manner.

Role Information: As Apprentice Arrears Recovery Administrator, you will support the Arrears Recovery Administration and the Arrears Recovery Team in respect of the day-to-day administrative tasks within the department. This will involve maintaining accurate and up to date records, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails, daily letter printing, making and taking telephone calls, filing, copying and scanning. You will liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships whilst being customer focused and committed to providing the best possible service.
