Role information:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Development Team.
As Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for a number of new build sites for both rent and sale across the North West. xgikmsk With a strong pipeline of multiple housing projects all at varying stages of design and construction, you will provide crucial Clerk of Works services both during and after the development process to support the delivery of quality assurance in building projects.
You will work with our Project Managers and Consultant Quantity Surveyors to provide professional inspections advice, review technical and material specifications, inspect works on
