Jigsaw Homes Group offers employees a very competitive 24 days holiday per annum, plus 3 days for Christmas closure (5 day working week) plus bank holidays, plus additional days after 2 years continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days). We offer our employees the option to buy/sell up to 5 days extra leave per year and we offer compressed hours of work with the option to work a 4-day working week in a number of our roles, with 50% of your time working from home upon completion of a satisfactory probation period. About the department: No business can run successfully without a smooth financial operation and Jigsaw is no different. To ensure this happens, our Finance department works hard to ensure all payment and income deadlines are met. As a Money Advice Triage Administrator, you will be part of a team that provides an excellent and crucial service both internally and to our thousands of customers. We don’t just deal with money. Our work impacts our existing and former tenants, and we help those with complex housing issues, those who have suffered bereavement, domestic violence, mental and physical illness by giving advice on benefits and services to help people sustain their tenancies or be free from debt.

Role information: You will be welcomed into our dedicated and skilled Money Advice team, making a real difference to our residents by helping them to maximise their incomes and provide them with advice, support and assistance to enhance their financial circumstances and wellbeing. The team is committed to the organisations aims and objectives and as such, work in a fast moving and exciting environment. Within this role you will provide an effective and high-quality administrative service to support the Money Advice Teams across the group in respect of the day-to-day administrative tasks within the team. You’ll strive to improve the quality of life for residents and provide advice, guidance and assistance on how to make the most of their income, any benefits they are entitled to and improve financial wellbeing to reduce the risk of rent arrears to help them sustain their tenancies.
