Jigsaw Homes Group offers employees a very competitive 24 days holiday per annum, plus 3 days for Christmas closure (5 day working week) plus bank holidays, plus additional days after 2 years continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days). The building services team are the key point of contact for building related issues for occupants and contractors. They facilitate the smooth operation of the building and ensure all statutory inspections and checks are completed.
The Building Services Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, safety and security of our Leigh office, and other satellite buildings across the Leigh, Wigan & Chorley area. The successful candidate will help facilitate the smooth operation of the building and ensure all statutory inspections and checks are completed. Full training and support will be provided.
