We are looking for people with a passion for Grounds Maintenance. Working as part of a team, you will help enhance our residents' green spaces, creating well maintained, tidy open areas of communal gardens and grassed areas around homes and estates. You will carry out a programme of grounds maintenance, grass cutting, strimming and general upkeep of the Group's properties, along with any other duties commensurate with the position.
Responsibilities
- Carry out grounds maintenance, grass cutting, strimming and general upkeep of the Group's properties.
- Support a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties commensurate with the position as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in gardening and grounds maintenance of large sites.
- A good standard of general education.
- Team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Full, valid UK driving licence (points/convictions must be disclosed) and previous experience of using gardening machinery is desirable.

Department & Team
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department. Our team invests in people to deliver first class property-based services across the Group, covering reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance. You will be welcomed into a committed and passionate team, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork.
Working Hours
Your working day will finish at 4.15pm Monday-Thursday and you will have an early finish on Friday at 2.30pm, supporting a good work/life balance.
