The primary responsibility of this role at a leading investment platform is the management of internal and external communications, with a focus on technical aspects of writing within the company. You will champion language change and adoption and lead on tone, style and language. This includes managing the internal and external voice for the firm.

As a member of the Marketing team, this position oversees the publishing of the internal communication, developing and managing information pages on our external facing marketing website, development of sales aids and buying guides (including print and publishing). Document management forms a significant part of this role including updating forms and user guides. Fundamental to this role is attention to detail, accuracy, consistency and a good understanding of the financial services sector.

Knowledge and Requirements:

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts
  • Understanding of regulatory obligations
  • Use of Adobe InDesign or Scribus for form maintenance
  • Developed technical content (software, engineering or similar)
  • Worked closely with development/technical teams to ensure accurate documentation
  • Passion for online business and delivery of consumer-friendly communications
  • Experience managing company voice and tone, including managing and developing supporting materials e.g., style guide
