About the Role: This is a full time employed role. Assuming the candidate has previous administrative experience within motor finance, the candidate will be able to work remotely. They have the option to work from one of our offices in either Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield or Oldham. The candidate will be responsible for working with the customer, dealer and lender to ensure timely and accurate payout of the finance agreement.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate needs attention to detail and the ability to follow business processes regarding know your customer (KYC) checks, vulnerability and documentation verification.
- Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner with outstanding communication skills as they will be speaking orally and in writing with customers, dealers and lenders.

- Previous Motor Finance experience or Automotive experience
