About the Role: The role of a Warranty Specialist involves ringing customers to discuss how they intend to protect their asset throughout their ownership and extend their current warranty solution. Jigsaw offers customers a comprehensive warranty solution that is funded using an alternative funding provider resulting in a cost effective monthly payment for the customer. The successful candidate will be contacting customers in a timely manner to discuss the features and benefits of additional automotive products available to them; discussing the customers needs, allowing them to make an informed decision on any products available.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Ability to achieve and surpass challenging sales targets.
  • Previous experience of objection handling.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • IT literate with the ability to manage and update the sales CRM.
  • Organised with the ability to manage a pipeline of customers.
  • Ability to complete basic administrative tasks to accurately register policies.
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated environment.
  • Resilient - working from home isn’t as easy as it sounds!

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of working remotely.
  • Previous automotive, car finance or insurance sales experience.

Pay range and compensation package: Basic salary of £26,000 + commission. OTE in excess of £40,000 per annum. Monday to Friday, no unsociable hours. Remote Role.
