Due to business expansion we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be certified in both Onboarding and Recruitment, however consultants certified only in Onboarding will be considered.
This is not a sponsored role - You must have existing right to work in the UK or Ireland without Sponsorship.
Job Purpose
To ensure a successful implementation by meeting the client\'s requirements and expectations, advising on the impacts of their decisions, guiding the client on the options within the product, providing best practices and driving adoption. The Consultant maintains a strong client relationship by establishing high levels of satisfaction and trust through pro-active engagement.
SuccessFactors Certifications Required
- Onboarding (THR97) Certification will be required
- Recruitment Management (THR83) is ideal in addition to the Onboarding Certification
- Recruitment Marketing (THR84) is ideal in addition to the Onboarding Certification
Certifications must be active, in date and valid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support of SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment as the SME for the business as and when required, working to resolve system issues
- Manage the projects and appropriate documentation in line with SAP methodology
- Support and provide best practice advice to the customer during UAT and data migration
- Support upgrades and training of super users on the utilisation of the platforms
- Ensure understanding of project economics and deliver to budget
- Regularly update and maintain product knowledge
- Support and help manage the implementation of any new or revised processes incorporated into the modules, including configuration, integration, data migration, testing and training as required
- Assist with the development and implementation of support processes for the SuccessFactors modules to embed processes into the business
- Input into and support existing governance forums and design authorities, supporting our customers HR Systems landscape providing subject matter expertise
- Owning the ongoing operational frontline administration of the Performance Management and Compensation solutions, ensuring effective resolution of issues based on agreed SLAs
- Build relationships and work closely with the Head of Support to manage the ongoing administration, support and maintenance of the modules in your area of expertise
Person Specification
Required Experience:
- Experienced HR practitioner preferred
- Associate Certification required
- Proven track record of at least four successful implementations, administration, and support of SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules and other HR Systems and processes (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements
- Application of HR systems integration capabilities both from a process and systems process and configuration
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS software, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders and colleagues

- Competent project management capabilities, having run projects for HR systems
- Competent skills which enable the transfer of knowledge and skills to HR professionals, Managers and teams through different learning mechanisms
