Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Fractional Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This opportunity is designed for an established recruiter who is looking for flexibility without sacrificing the opportunity to earn and work on quality assignments. Whether you're balancing family commitments, building a portfolio career, or simply prefer working reduced hours, this role offers the freedom to work when it suits you.
You'll focus on delivering exceptional recruitment services across STEM markets, working closely with our team to source and secure high-calibre talent for our clients. This is not a 360 recruitment role. Business development is not a core requirement for this position, although previous 360 recruitment experience would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment assignments from brief through to successful placement.
- Source, engage and qualify high-quality STEM professionals.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Present suitable candidates to clients.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through to placement.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and ATS.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to deliver outstanding results.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven recruitment experience within STEM markets.
- Experience with ATS (ideally JobAdder).
- Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge.
- Has excellent sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Is highly organised and able to manage their own workload.
- Enjoys working autonomously in a remote environment.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is commercially aware and focused on delivering quality outcomes.
- Has previous 360 recruitment experience (desirable but not essential).
- Genuine flexibility to work the hours that suit you.
- Fully remote working (UK-based applicants only).
