The Analog Design Engineer is responsible for the design and evaluation of analog integrated circuits, and related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support analog block specification, design, verification, and technical documentation
  • Contribute to architectural design, abstract modelling, and system-level simulation
  • Review and provide technical input on block layout activities
  • Support laboratory evaluation of circuits, including development of test hardware and software
  • Contribute to qualification, failure analysis, and production test design activities
  • Work in line with established design processes, documentation standards, and toolsets

Experience & Skills

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of analog electronics with awareness of digital IC design and processes
  • Proven experience across the full analog IC block design and evaluation lifecycle
  • Comfortable managing multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g. Python, MATLAB)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
