We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Essex based Client, to take ownership of commercial management across rail and civil engineering maintenance frameworks. This is a key role focused on protecting margin, strengthening commercial controls, and driving value through effective cost and contract management.

- You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial delivery across multiple work packages, from mobilisation through to final.
