Reporting to: Head of Quantity Surveying

We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Essex based Client, to take ownership of commercial management across rail and civil engineering maintenance frameworks. This is a key role focused on protecting margin, strengthening commercial controls, and driving value through effective cost and contract management.

Role Overview:

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial delivery across multiple work packages, from mobilisation through to final.
