Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their successful workshop team in Bath.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards while ensuring the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing repairs efficiently and accurately
- Conducting vehicle health checks and reporting findings
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to achieve targets
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a busy workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)
- A professional, motivated, and reliable attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
