Job Overview:
- Role: Support Worker
- Location: Dinnington - S25
- Hours: Full Time: 37.5 per week
- Pay: £13.45 per hour
- Shift rota: Days: 7am until 3pm, Afternoons: 3pm until 11pm
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of the daily lives of those you support. You'll provide both emotional and practical assistance to adults with:
- Learning disabilities and autism
- Challenging behaviours
- Sensory impairments and communication difficulties
Within your role you can expect to do the following responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, emotional support, and promote independence
- Assist with daily living tasks - cooking, cleaning, medication, etc.
- Encourage involvement in hobbies and activities (e.g. swimming, football, travel)
- Build trusting, positive relationships with individuals and their families
- Support during moments of crisis and celebrate personal achievements
- Work as part of a compassionate, values-driven care team
No two days are the same - rewarding, varied, and people-focused role. Full training provided - ideal for both experienced carers and those new to care.
What You'll Need:
