Senior Vehicle Technician – £50,000

Our client is a well-respected and well run Car dealership/Supermarket. They are looking for a Senior Vehicle technician who can mentor and manager a small team whilst still being hands on. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to take the next step in their career, working for a company that look after their staff. The roles include:

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles, repairs and MOT checks (if qualified)
• Complete air conditioning services as and when required
• Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
• Undertake road and ramp testing
• Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition
• Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
• MOT cover/ MOT trained
• Be EV/Hybrid trained

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector
• Experience Managing and mentoring others
• Have your MOT licence ( not essential)
• Be EV/Hybrid trained ( not essential)
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
