Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment team in Nottingham. This role will focus on temporary recruitment, working closely with colleagues within an established team that already supports a strong client base across the Engineering and Manufacturing sector. You will manage a full 360 recruitment desk, developing relationships with both new and existing clients while placing candidates into temporary and contract roles.

The Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant (Temp Desk)

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Making sales calls to potential new clients to win new business
  • Attending client meetings and site visits to build relationships and understand hiring needs
  • Recruiting for temporary and contract roles within Engineering and Manufacturing
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary positions
  • Managing candidate availability, bookings and placements
  • Working closely with colleagues within a successful and growing recruitment team

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Experience managing temporary or contract recruitment is advantageous
  • Confident speaking with clients and conducting client visits
  • Driven, motivated and commercially focused
