The Role:

  • Managing and growing a Finance & Accounting desk (Temp & Perm)
  • Building relationships with SMEs through to large corporates
  • Sourcing top talent across roles such as Accounts Assistants, Management Accountants, Finance Managers, and more
  • Developing new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Delivering a full 360 recruitment service

What we’re looking for:

  • Recruitment experience (Finance & Accounting preferred but not essential)
  • Proven billings or strong sales track record
  • Ability to manage both temp and perm pipelines
  • Commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
